Qualifications

• 2–4 years of quality control or lab testing experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with lab instrumentation such as viscosity, pH, and color matching.
• Knowledge of quality systems, documentation practices, and non-conformance handling.
• High attention to detail and ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-process and final product testing according to established specs and test methods.
• Inspect raw materials and batch samples to verify conformity prior to use or release.
• Maintain accurate documentation of all testing, results, and certifications.
• Calibrate and maintain laboratory equipment in compliance with procedures.
• Support Operations in addressing quality issues and investigating non-conformance.
• Communicate testing results and release decisions to Production Managers and Site Leaders.
• Identify quality trends and recommend improvements.
• Comply with safety, environmental, and regulatory protocols.
