Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure, a CRH company, is seeking a Quality Control Technician in Sioux Falls, SD. The role focuses on observing fabrication of precast concrete structures and ensuring conformity to production drawings and state regulations through daily testing and inspections.

You will maintain records, report quality concerns to the team, and support sales in addressing customer feedback while upholding Oldcastle quality standards.

Qualifications

• Must have QC experience in related industry.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily testing of concrete specimens.
• Conduct daily pre- and post-pour inspections of products.
• Maintain records of observations for every structure produced.
• Report process improvements, repetitive mistakes, and quality concerns to production, engineering and management.
• Write a Corrective Action Report for each defective or damaged product.
• Assist the sales team to respond to customer complaints about product quality.
• Ensure correct implementation of the QC program in Sioux Falls.
