County Materials Family of Companies is seeking a Quality Control Technician for County Ready Mix in Rhinelander, Wisconsin. You will perform inspections, tests, and measurements to ensure product quality and regulatory compliance, documenting findings and supporting issue resolution with production teams.

Qualifications

Experience in construction and/or building materials preferred but not required.
Concrete plant and/or quality control experience highly desired.
Ability to interpret shop drawings and job specifications.
Solid math aptitude and independent work capability.

Responsibilities

Performs QC inspections, checks, and tests during production.
Inspects materials and products at different production stages.
Records observations and may recommend process improvements.
Familiar with concrete industry standards and SOPs.
Supports safety and housekeeping to maintain a safe workplace.
