Job summary

LKQ Corporation is seeking motivated individuals to join our team in the United States. The role involves cleaning, inspecting, and preparing LKQ parts for shipment, ensuring quality and accurate inventory descriptions.

You will coordinate with sales reps and help load parts for transport, while following safety procedures. Job duties emphasize physical work, basic math, and familiarity with Outlook/Word/Excel.

Qualifications

• Education & Experience: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• 0+ years of related experience required.
• Preferred Qualifications: Forklift experience.

Responsibilities

• Clean parts – buff small parts, power wash the drive train, and clean panels with soap and water.
• Inspect parts – matching description and quality to how they were inventoried.
• Communicate with sales reps – Using email and/or phone to describe any discrepancies in quality or inventory of the part.
• Prepare for shipment – protect all small parts with bubble wrap and place them in a cardboard box, wrap bumpers with a protective cover, and place doors in racks divided by foam pads.
• Load semi-trailers going to other LKQ facilities – prepare racks with panels and small parts to be loaded on semi-trailers via a fork truck.
• Assume other duties as assigned.
