Job summary

United Concrete Products Inc. is seeking a QC Technician to join the Quality Control team. The role includes learning to inspect finished precast products, operate a 3D scanner, and assist in repair and finishing tasks with on-the-job training.

Responsibilities include post-pour inspections, maintaining QC records, and ensuring conformance to drawings and specs. On-the-job training and safety procedures are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of QC experience in industrial manufacturing or construction preferred.
• Ability to read drawings and work from customer specifications.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to work 4:00 AM and 56 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Perform post-pour inspections to ensure product conformance to drawings and specs.
• Learn to operate a 3D scanner to verify dimensions and embeds.
• Assist with concrete repair, patching, grinding, and finishing.
• Maintain daily QC records and scan reports.
• Verify dimensions of cast-in embeds and document findings.
