Responsibilities

• Evaluates finished products for quality and acceptability according to product specifications.
• Communicates quality issues to Production Supervisors, QC Manager & Supervisor, and shipping/customer service staff.
• Logs analysis test results and batch information in the I-Series (AS400) and maintains records.
• Monitors line equipment for functionality, safety, and cleanliness.
• Performs CCP, GMP audits and manages holds/releases and rejections with root-cause analysis.
• Collects micro samples as needed and handles micro holds.
