Job summary

Ford Cleveland Engine Plant is seeking a 1st Shift Quality Control Inspector to join our manufacturing team in Parma, OH. You will inspect automotive parts, verify counts, and ensure quality data aligns with ISO 9001 standards. Proficiency in Excel and CMMS familiarity are preferred.

Schedule is Mon-Fri 6:00 AM–2:30 PM with pay at $18.00 per hour. This role supports daily data communication with customers and requires attention to detail and reliability.

Qualifications

• Inspection of automotive parts.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 quality standards.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with Ford CMMS or similar system.
• Ability to set up new customers in the system.
• Create BOLs and shippers for quality control.
• Verify part counts against data sheets.

Responsibilities

• Inspect automotive parts and verify quality.
• Communicate data results and issues daily.
• Maintain ISO 9001 documentation and records.
• Learn Ford's CMMS and apply in work processes.
• Assist in customer data setup and data reconciliation.

• Inspection of automotive parts

• Take customer calls and communicate on a daily basis of data results
• Knowledge of quality standards ISO 9001 standards
• Learn Ford's system/CMMS
• Assist in setting up new customer's in system
• Creating BOL's/Shippers for quality control
• Verifying the physical count on parts matches the data sheets sent to customers
