Job summary

MS Companies is seeking an Inspector 1 (Quality Control) to support automotive manufacturing clients. You will perform visual and manual inspections, document results, and report defects using MS Companies' technology-driven systems.

This role emphasizes attention to detail, adherence to quality standards, and timely communication with supervisors in a fast-paced production environment.

Qualifications

• Quality inspection or manufacturing experience.
• Familiarity with quality standards, work instructions, or inspection checklists.
• Experience using digital reporting systems (e.g., tablets, mobile apps, or Salesforce).
• Ability to read, understand, and communicate in English to follow work instructions, required documentation, and safety/quality requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform visual and/or manual inspection of parts and materials to ensure quality standards are met.
• Identify, document, and report defects or non-conformances to leadership.
• Follow established quality inspection procedures at all stages of production.
• Accurately record inspection results using company systems and tools.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding quality concerns.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
