Job description

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Work as part of a team to achieve daily goals
2. Operate Handheld/PC
3. Review daily production schedule
4. Complete QC assessment of Cold Drink Coolers following QC template
5. Troubleshoot and investigate quality issues
6. Report unusual conditions to Production and QC supervisor
7. Assist in writing and reviewing SOPs
8. Close out order in system
9. Partner with production on training opportunities
10. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment throughout the day

Requirements for this role:

1. Follow all prescribed safety and security measures protecting all associates and Company assets
2. Be a minimum age of 18 years old
3. Use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required by position and compliance with safety policies
4. Regular and prompt attendance is an essential function of the job
5. Ability to read, write, and speak English (preferred)
6. Maintain a neat, professional appearance within Company guidelines
7. Utilize all Company provided resources and technology
8. High school diploma or general education degree, or a suitable combination of education and experience
9. Basic knowledge of and ability to use hand tools
10. Effective quality management and technical skills

Physical demands:

• Repeated sitting, standing on cement floors, walking, pushing/pulling, lifting, carrying up to 35 lbs.
• Continuous bending, kneeling, squatting, grasping, reaching, fine manipulation
• Exposure to chemicals and noise
