Job summary

Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is seeking a Quality Control Technician to support a leading fruit juice and dairy products manufacturer. This role offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced, food manufacturing environment focused on product quality and safety.

Responsibilities include daily checks on materials and products, recording data in Excel, maintaining the lab, and communicating with production and QA teams to address concerns while following sanitation standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 months’ experience in QA or QC, or relevant coursework in food science/chemistry/microbiology.
• Basic lab testing knowledge and willingness to learn new methods.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong data entry skills.

Requirements

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
• Excellent attention to detail and strong data entry skills
• Ability to work independently and manage workload with minimal supervision
