Job summary

Pike Industries, Inc. is seeking a Quality Control Technician in New Haven, VT. The role involves sampling materials, conducting field tests, and monitoring density and HMA placement to ensure high-quality results.

You will collaborate with paving crews and plant teams to maintain consistency, generate reports, and support ongoing quality programs. Prior asphalt/testing experience and NETTCP certification are a plus.

Qualifications

Quality Control Technician (New Haven, VT)

What you can expect

• $23.00/hour to $25/hour and up depending on experience, with a $10.00/hour shift differential
• Annual increase potential
• Paid Time Off

What you will do

• Gather samples of material for testing, conducting field testing, monitoring density and HMA placement
• Work with paving crew to achieve quality results and consistency.
• Work with asphalt plant and crushing crews to achieve quality results and consistency
• Generate reports and submit to necessary personnel
• Experience in asphalt and aggregate testing is preferred, NETTCP certification is a plus
• 80% of health care cost paid by the Company year round
