100Hires, Inc. is partnering with a global specialty chemical and polymer materials manufacturer to hire a Quality Control Technician for its Mooresville, NC facility.

The role offers a four-day workweek (Monday–Thursday) with Fridays off and a 5:30 AM–4:00 PM shift. You will test finished batches and incoming materials to spec, document results in SAP, verify equipment calibration, and assist with investigations and corrective actions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing or industrial production.
• At least 1 year of quality control or lab testing experience.
• Color matching or colorant experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Test finished batches and incoming materials to specification.
• Record results in SAP and maintain quality documents.
• Ensure gauges and test equipment are calibrated and functioning.
• Support investigations and corrective actions as needed.
• Follow safety, PPE, and housekeeping requirements.

Quality Control Technician | Mooresville, North Carolina | $22-25/hr | Monday-Thursday Schedule**Overview **Mural is partnering with a global specialty chemical and polymer materials manufacturer to find a Quality Control Technician for their Mooresville, North Carolina facility. Our client produces polymer colorants and specialty additive materials used in automotive parts, packaging, appliances, and consumer products. This is a contract opportunity with a genuinely attractive schedule - four days a week, Fridays off.The ScheduleMonday through Thursday, 5:30 AM to 4:00 PM. That is it. Fridays are yours as part of your regular schedule, with only occasional exceptions when production needs it.
