Trillium is Now Hiring a 1st Shift Quality Control Technician in the Mentor area!

The Quality Control Technician will work Monday to Friday from 6:00am to 2:30pm. The starting pay rate will be up to $25.00 per hour, depending on experience.

Responsibilities:
-Inspection of machined and incoming product to specifications on drawings.
-Creation and documentation of product inspection forms.
-First Article Inspections and documentation.
-Manage the calibration of all equipment used to measure.
-Perform internal testing.
-Control of inventory on labels and product tags as required.
-Inspect assemblies in production when necessary, according to work order BOM/part drawings, and sign when complete.
-Document incoming inspections.
-First Piece workflow creation of inspection documentation for new product

Qualifications:
-General knowledge of visual inspection techniques.
-Advanced knowledge of inspection equipment, including but not limited toMicrometers, Calipers (digital and analog),Height Gauges, -Gauge and Pin Blocks
-Experience and understanding of calibration techniques preferred.
-ISO and MRP/ERP experience preferred.
-Able to complete root cause analysis.
-Able to perform basic mathematical calculations.
-Experienced in blueprint / CAD Drawing reading.
