Job summary

NYCOA in Manchester, NH is seeking a Laboratory/Quality Technician to perform chemical and mechanical testing and log data in the Quality system. The role supports Operations and R&D with daily sampling, data entry, and material release, while maintaining a safe lab environment.

SCHEDULE

We are hiring for both day and night shifts.

• Day Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
• Night Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

This position follows a rotating schedule, providing employees with 5 days off every other week:

• Week 1: Wednesday & Thursday (2 shifts / 24 regular hours)
• Week 2: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday (5 shifts / 40 regular hours + 20 overtime hours)

COMPENSATION / BENEFITS

• The starting wage is $22.60 per hour. Additional levels of lab technician training are available. Upon completion of additional trainings, wages increase to $24.33. There is a + $1.50 shift differential for night shift.
• This role is offering training and retention incentives:
  • $500 bonus upon completion of first round of training
  • $1,000 bonus at 6 months of employment
  • $1,000 bonus at 1 year of employment
