What you’ll do…

• Select audits by collaborating with operations supervisors, managers, and Field Check partners to prevent damages.
• Perform field audits for accuracy and compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and contractual obligations.
• Conduct root cause analysis on quality failures.
• Complete forms and communicate audit and investigation findings with quality assurance and operations management.
• Correct field risk findings and coach/mentor technicians.
• Perform quality assurance ride-alongs with field technicians upon request.
• Provide ongoing feedback to Field Check partners to improve quality and reduce damages.
• Provide witness testimony in small claims and litigated cases when necessary.

Who we are looking for…

• 5+ years of locating experience and/or equivalent.
• Ability to troubleshoot difficult locates and interpret utility plats.
• Proficient with locating equipment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Suite.
• 5+ years of investigation experience is a plus.
