KEY DELIVERABLES:
Quality Support
- Ensure visual and measureable inspection/verification of incoming components utilizing various inspection equipment.
- Ensure In-Process Quality Control testing on disposable goods and other products.
- Ensure Final Quality Control testing on devices and other products.
- Ensure compliance with all procedures and policies concerning quality and medical device regulations.

- Contribute to a safe work environment by complying with all federal & state laws, Northgate policies, procedures and OSHA, if applicable

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND WORKING CONDITIONS:
Minimum Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2 Years of experience in manufacturing experience
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to verbally communicate in English and read/write in English
- Ability to make logical decisions and use appropriate judgment
- Ability to read drawings and blueprints
Preferred Skills or Knowledge
- Previous experience of basic inspection equipment i.e. callipers, various micrometers, digital multimeters, rulers, thread & ring gages, etc.
- Previous experience with Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerance symbols and meanings
- Previous experience creating and using spreadsheets, word processing documents, data base programs, etc.
Working Conditions
- Standing for prolonged periods of time
- Frequent lifting of objects up to 40 lbs.
- Fast-paced environment, subject to numerous schedule, priority changes and short notice activity
