Quality Control Technician – Corona, CA

Pay: $25.00 – $26.00 per hour.

Schedule: Monday‑Friday, Day Shift 6 AM‑3:30 PM.

Qualifications

• Experience in an AS9100‑certified aerospace or highly regulated manufacturing environment required.
• Strong knowledge of AS9102 first article inspection processes and documentation.
• Familiarity with fabrication, production environments, material certifications, and job travelers.
• Experience using PPAP documentation and quality assurance processes.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify defects and ensure compliance.
• Team‑oriented with strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word required.
• Experience with Epicor ERP system and vision systems (OGP or SmartScope) preferred but not required.

Job Duties

• Perform quality inspections in an aerospace manufacturing environment following AS9100 quality standards.
• Complete and review AS9102 first article inspections and documentation accurately.
• Use basic hand tools and measuring instruments to verify part conformity and specifications.
• Work closely with production and fabrication teams to ensure compliance with material specs, job travelers, and certifications.
• Support quality processes including PPAP documentation, inspections, and continuous improvement activities.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word for quality documentation, reporting, and recordkeeping.
