Job Description

Tremco Construction Products Group brings together Tremco CPG Inc.’s divisions, including Commercial Sealants & Waterproofing and Roofing & Building Maintenance, among others. The group operates 21 manufacturing facilities, 6 distribution sites, and 3 R&D/technology sites across North America, employing over 2,700 people.

General Purpose of the Job: Performs visual and physical inspection, sampling, testing, and control of parts, products, and raw materials to ensure compliance with specifications, standards, and ISO 9001 Quality System.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Follow established quality control procedures to ensure product compliance with IMS, customer specifications, ISO9001:2015, and ISO14000-2015.
• Inspect and test raw materials and products in process and finished.
• Perform color quality control and interpret measurement results.
• Inspect, calibrate, and supervise testing instrumentation.
• Analyze data, provide feedback, and suggest improvements to plant personnel and management.
• Maintain Quality Control documentation and daily reports.
• Assist in complaint investigations and troubleshooting machine and production issues.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Education Requirement: High school diploma required.

Experience Requirement: No experience required.

Other Skills: Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.

Physical Demands: Ability to stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach, climb, balance, kneel, talk, hear, taste, smell, and lift up to 50 lbs.
