Afognak Native Corporation is seeking a QC/QA Lead to oversee custodial and landscape O&M quality assurance across large facilities. This role sets standards, develops processes, and ensures compliance with service contracts and best practices.

Responsibilities include leading QC/QA programs, preparing method statements, auditing performance, and implementing corrective actions. The role mixes office work with on-site inspections and may require occasional after-hours oversight.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in facilities management or related field.
• Minimum fifteen years in major industrial or construction project QC/QA roles.
• Minimum five years as a QC/QA Lead.
• In-depth knowledge of custodial and landscape O&M standards.
• Secret Clearance required.

• Quality Program Leadership:

• Compliance & Process Improvement:
• Oversee compliance with cleaning and landscaping standards.
• Audit and evaluate performance; implement corrective actions.
• Reporting:
• Maintain clear documentation of audits, corrective actions, and team performance.
• Working Conditions:
• Role is split between office work and on-site facility inspections.
• Occasional after-hours oversight.
• Physical Requirements:
• Must be able to inspect facility interior/exterior environments.

Requirements

• Secret Clearance required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a facilities management discipline.
• Minimum fifteen (15) years in major industrial or construction project QC/QA roles.
• Minimum five (5) years as a QC/QA Lead.
• In-depth knowledge of custodial and landscape O&M standards.
