Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Pre-employment drug screen, background check, and 'Fit for Work' required.
• Valid driver’s license may be required by role.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with co-workers and managers in a dynamic team setting.
• Champion a safe work environment and follow all safety policies (OSHA, MSHA).
• Conduct inspections, sampling, and testing of aggregates, asphalt and other materials for quality.
• Test mixtures for contract specs and quality tolerances.
• Monitor processes to exceed agency and customer requirements.
• Record and maintain data in the test results database.
• Assist internal and external customers professionally.
• Obtain necessary certifications promptly to stay up to date.
• Support quality control plans and keep work areas clean and organized.
• Perform other duties to support team success.
