Job summary

Darling Ingredients Inc. is seeking a Quality Control Technician to monitor and test product quality across our processes. The role involves coordinating with the Central Lab, handling samples, and reporting test results to key management while upholding strict safety standards.

Ideal candidates will bring at least a high school diploma and lab experience, be highly organized, and demonstrate strong communication and teamwork skills in a plant or lab environment.

Qualifications

• One year of lab experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Completes profiles on production finished materials and on product purchases and shipments per Company standards.
• Serves as liaison between the plant and Central Lab with respect to product quality.
• Obtain, package, and ship samples for testing to Central Lab
• Submit test results to Supervisor, General Manager, Plant Manager and Sales Manager.
• Perform quality analyses on finished products.
• Maintains lab, materials, and work area in clean condition.
• Maintains safety as top priority in accordance with all company safety rules and regulations.
• All other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

• One year prior laboratory experience.

Physical Demands
