Job summary

STG Pacific LLC, a Calista Brice subsidiary, seeks a Quality Control Systems Manager for on-site work at Joint Base Lewis-McChord in Washington. You will lead the Three-Phase Quality Control System for federal DoD construction projects, develop and enforce the project QC Plan, and ensure compliance with USACE and NAVFAC standards.

You will supervise QC staff, manage submittals, RFIs, daily reports, and on-site safety, coordinating with the Project Manager and Superintendent to deliver

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management is required or equivalent experience with IBC certification.
• Current CQM certification desired or must be obtained within 30 days of employment.
• Experience on USACE or NAVFAC projects is required.
• Ability to work on secure military facilities and read contract documents.

Responsibilities

• Lead and administer the Three-Phase Quality Control System for DoD construction projects.
• Develop, implement, and enforce the project Quality Control Plan in compliance with USACE/NAVFAC standards.
• Manage quality documentation, submittals, RFIs, and daily QC reports.
• Supervise QC staff and conduct periodic QC meetings with clients and project team.
