Diamond Foods, LLC is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to lead the QA department at our Stockton, CA plant. You will supervise 25–45 hourly technicians and drive programs ensuring compliance with FSQMS, cGMP, and regulatory standards.
You will also supervise audits and corrective actions while mentoring staff. The role requires HACCP certification, PCQI training preferred, and a strong background in food safety and quality management within tree nut processing.

This position manages the staff and procedures of the Quality Assurance Department, providing leadership and instruction in the implementation of programs, policies, and objectives to ensure corporate quality, culture, volume, service, and cost goals are met for Quality Assurance at the plant level. Responsibilities also include making decisions on product QA standards and reviewing programs and processes to ensure compliance with but not limited to regulatory, cGMPs, organic, food safety, etc.
