• Maintain a strong hands-on presence on the shop floor.
• Ensure work is performed according to drawings, procedures, and specifications.
• Resolve production and quality issues in real time.
• Perform and oversee in-process and final inspections.
• Verify parts meet specifications, blueprints, and customer requirements.
• Create, maintain, and review in-process inspection reports.
• Prepare final inspection and quality reports for customers.
• Ensure all reports are accurate and meet requirements.
• Support customer audits and quality reviews.
• Communicate quality results to management and customers as needed.
• Enforce safety rules and PPE usage.
