Qualifications

Must have a high school diploma or equivalent; college technical degree preferred.
3-5 years experience as Quality Technician or in a similar QC leadership role.
Knowledge of statistical analysis, precision measurement, process validation, supplier quality, product testing, and process capability studies.

Responsibilities

Supervise QC technicians and processes to ensure compliance with customer quality requirements and internal standards.
Manage attendance, workforce coverage, and discipline.
Act as a floating QC technician to cover gaps.
Perform internal audits per ISO 9001 and IATF 16949.
Inspect parts daily for defects and maintain records.
Train employees on specifications and methods; monitor effectiveness.
