Job summary

Artiva Biotherapeutics Inc. is looking for a skilled Quality Control Supervisor to support its QC biology testing. The role includes supervising the Bio Team, performing cGMP release and stability testing, and ensuring operational compliance with industry standards.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and at least 8 years of cGMP QC experience in a biotech or pharmaceutical setting. This position offers a competitive salary range of $110,000 to $135,000 along with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of cGMP QC experience in a cell therapy/biotech/pharmaceutical setting.
• Expertise in viability, cytotoxicity, identity, and potency assays for cell therapy products.
• At least 1 year of Supervisory or team lead experience.

Responsibilities

• Write and revise SOPs/Test methods for cell therapy products.
• Lead training and qualification of Bio team members.
• Manage laboratory investigations and documentation for deviations.
• Ensure compliance with cGMP practices.
