Pepsi Bottling Ventures LLC seeks a QC Supervisor to join our team, overseeing day-to-day quality control operations across syrup, ingredient, and product testing.

You will supervise Syrup Blenders and Quality Control Technicians, ensure calibration, accurate inventory, strict record keeping, and support food safety initiatives across our beverage portfolio.

• Provides direction to Syrup Blenders and Quality Control Technicians.
• Ensures syrup, ingredient, and product testing follows guidelines.
• Maintains calibration of lab equipment.
• Maintains accurate inventory of concentrates and raw materials.
• Fills in for QC staff as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provides day-to-day supervision of Quality Control department and functions.
• Directs Syrup Blenders and Quality Control Technicians.
• Ensures all testing and lab procedures follow guidelines.
• Maintains calibration of lab equipment.
• Maintains accurate inventory and records.
• Back-up for QC Technician and duties in manager's absence.
• Responsible for Food Safety where applicable.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

QC Supervisor Role Overview

Provides day-to-day supervision of Quality Control department and functions.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Ensures all lab equipment is calibrated according to guidelines.

• Maintains accurate record keeping.
• Fills in for syrup blenders and Quality Control Technicians when necessary.
• Provides back‑up for the Quality Control Technician and manages Quality Control department in the Quality Control Manager’s absence.
• Responsible for Food Safety where applicable.
• Other duties as assigned.
