Job summary

Pepsi Bottling Ventures is seeking a QC Technician to join our team. The role focuses on ensuring products meet Pepsi Cola North America specifications and performing micro blend operations to maintain quality across production lines.

Responsibilities include operating blending equipment, monitoring beverage quality, calibrating instruments, and performing tests on finished products, packages, water, and syrups. A background in chemistry and strong teamwork are advantageous.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma and 1 year production or technical experience.
  • Basic math and computer skills.
  • Background in chemistry preferred.

QC Technician Role Overview

Ensures that all products produced meet Pepsi Cola North America specifications.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • Performs micro blend operation.
  • Operates, monitors, and makes adjustments on the blending equipment to assure product quality.
  • Tests finished products, packages, water, syrup, and high-fructose corn syrup.
  • Monitors production lines for beverage quality.
  • Calibrates equipment.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
  • High school or equivalent and one (1) year production or technical experience required.
  • Must have basic math and computer skills.
