Qualifications

• High level of computer and WMS literacy.
• Some college level training or management education preferred.
• Experience as supervisor in wholesale/production environments.
• Familiarity with SQF, HACCP, and GMP principles (certifications preferred).

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations in the Quality Control Department for all shifts.
• Supervise warehouse products for Quality Assurance.
• Prepares quality documentation and reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends including failures, recalls, corrective actions, and re-validations.
• Correspond with clients via Emails.
• Enforce plant quality standards.
• Manage and maintain the company’s quality inspection and product release programs for incoming and in-process materials and components.
• Monitor, enforce and further develop plant HACCP program.
• Additional duties as assigned.

HIRING IMMEDIATELY: QUALITY CONTROL SUPERVISOR IN STOCKTON, CA

Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Quality Control Supervisor to join our team in Stockton, CA. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations in the Quality Control Department for all shifts, as well as supervising warehouse products for Quality Assurance. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to be a self-initiator who can implement and supervise all warehouse data entry programs as directed by the Office Manager.

Pay, Schedule, and Location

• Starting at $33.80/hour, paid weekly
• Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision
• Full time schedule with flexibility required
• Located in Stockton, CA

Duties and Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations in the Quality Control Department for all shifts
• Supervise warehouse products for Quality Assurance
• Prepares quality documentation and reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends including failed processes, recalls, corrective actions, and re-validations.
• Corresponding with Client through Emails
• Enforce plant quality standards
• Manage and maintain the Company’s quality inspection and product release programs for incoming and in-process materials and components.
• Monitor, enforce and further develop plant HACCP program
• Additional duties as assigned

Requirements and Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to be a self-initiator who can implement and supervise all warehouse data entry programs as directed by the Office Manager.
• High level of computer and WMS system literacy.
• Some college level training is preferred but not necessary so long as there is experience in warehouse supervision and some experience in the wholesale industry preferred.
• Some college level management education and/or 2 years Quality
• Assurance/Production Supervisor experience in wholesale industry
• Increased Knowledge and Experience in SQF, HACCP, and GMP Principles. Certifications Preferred.
