Job summary

Prinsco is seeking a Quality Control Supervisor to lead a team and uphold high quality across the Hubbard, OR plant. You will partner with production leadership to ensure standards are met, processes followed, and issues resolved thoughtfully.

You will coach staff, reinforce quality and safety practices, and seek continuous improvements to systems and processes, driving tangible product excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality control or quality assurance roles.
• At least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership position.
• Proven track record implementing quality control processes in manufacturing.

This role partners with production and plant leadership to ensure products meet standards, processes are followed, and quality issues are addressed thoughtfully and effectively.

Qualifications:

Required Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field.

Required Experience:

• Proven track record of implementing quality control processes and procedures in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Experience with industry-specific quality standards and regulations.
