Job Summary:
Lendz Financial is seeking a dedicated Mortgage Lending Quality Control Specialist to join our growing team. This role will be pivotal in maintaining the integrity of our loan origination process by reviewing and ensuring that all loan files are in full compliance with applicable regulations, guidelines, and company policies. The ideal candidate will have a sharp eye for detail, a strong understanding of mortgage lending practices, and a commitment to quality and efficiency. As part of the Quality Control team, you will help drive excellence across all stages of the lending process while ensuring a seamless experience for our broker partners.This is a fully remote position; however, candidates must be located in either the Central or Eastern time zone.

The approximate compensation range for this position is $70,000 to $85,000 in annual salary. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package, will be determined based on factors including the candidate’s experience, skills, and location.
