AFDC Cleaning is seeking a Quality Control Specialist for new build flooring projects in Chattanooga, TN. You will collaborate with building contractors, field supervisors and installers to ensure top-quality workmanship while controlling costs. Travel to job sites and driving your own vehicle are required.

The role emphasizes strong communication, safety inspections, and timely repairs; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. Proficiency with iPhone/iPad and a reliable vehicle are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in flooring operations and/or construction preferred.
• Experience using iPhone and iPad.
• Must have reliable vehicle and valid driver's license; able to lift up to 50 pounds.

He or she works with subcontractors to maintain high quality job standards, conduct field audits and job site/safety inspections. He/She will be responsible for completing minor repairs on occasion. This role works with mobile technology such as a company-owned iPad and iPhone for reporting and communication purposes.Candidates for this position must have previous experience in wood, carpet, vinyl or tile flooring. He or she must have strong interpersonal skills and a talent for working with variety of personalities. Good written communication skills, time management, professional dress, speech, and behavior are all required for this position. Verbal fluency in both English and Spanish is highly preferred, but is not required. Local travel is required in this position, but very little-to-no overnight travel should be expected. The candidate must have reliable transportation, as Quality Control Specialists are required to drive their own vehicle for work.
