Qualifications

High School diploma or GED required.
Associates degree preferred.
No prior experience required; experience with product/specifications preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide guidance and input to manufacturing and management for quality issues.
Aide in the training of associates to ensure quality systems and product requirements.
Support C2C compliance activities for the department and self.
Support product complaint investigations and corrective actions.
Contribute with continuous improvement activities (e.g., Kaizens, blitz, validations).
Trend quality metrics and investigate problem areas to provide corrective action.
Apply ANSI Z1.4 and other sampling plans for predicting percent defective and lot acceptance criteria.
Conduct line audits to assure compliance to the quality system.
Develop/create visual instructions and proper filing of documentation.
