Total Talent Resources and QFS is seeking a Quality Control Specialist in Carol Stream, IL. The role involves inspecting, testing, and evaluating machinery and components to ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Quality Control/QA.
• Ability to read engineering blueprints and technical drawings.
• Experience using precision measuring instruments.
• Bachelor's or Associate degree in a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspect machinery, components, and assemblies for quality and safety compliance.
• Create and maintain inspection reports and quality documentation.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, service, and sales teams.
• Coordinate third-party inspections and certifications where applicable.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives.
