Clearwaters.IT is seeking a Quality Control Specialist IV (IT Design)

  • 10 years professional experience solving technical problems.
  • Trained in the skills and techniques related to engineering and/or software design/maintenance.
  • Possess a practical understanding of engineering concepts.
  • Ensures that the product/service and process meet quality and safety standards.
  • Experience includes testing equipment, systems, networks, communications infrastructure/configuration, or applications to make sure that the process operates effectively and safely.
  • Individual shall be able to interpret plans and drawings and contribute to the design and fabrication of test specimens. Should have experience in computer aided drafting (CAD), ability to prepare shop drawings for model construction, and be familiar with material specifications and fabrication methods.
  • Specific Experience:
    • Five (5) years of experience designing architecture, infrastructure, and/or custom applications in support of cyber security, information assurance, information technology, or medical data requirements.
    • Three (3) years of this experience must be in support of defense health requirements.

Requirements

  • Candidates must be US Citizens
  • Active Secret clearance is required at the time of application.
  • Education: High School diploma/GED, related military experience, or trade/industrial school graduate.
  • Location Requirement: Candidates must currently reside within commuting distance to Norfolk, VA. Relocation is not provided for this position.
