Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in a scientific field required.
• 1-2 years of laboratory experience required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Experience with QMS systems in regulated environments.
• Ability to set up assays in 96-well format.
• Strong attention to documentation and detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine testing of in-process and final product materials according to established protocols, ensuring timely execution and reporting of results.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation practices, including execution and continuous improvement of batch records and quality SOPs.
• Independently conduct quality control testing required to support product release decisions.
• Prepare reagents, buffers, and materials for downstream workflows, testing, and experimental activities.
• Perform routine maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting of laboratory instrumentation to ensure optimal performance.
• Execute repetitive and detail-oriented tasks with a high degree of precision, accuracy, and reliability.
• Effectively manage work in a fast-paced environment while adapting to changing priorities and business needs.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized laboratory environment in compliance with company policies and quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support QC operations, process improvements, and overall manufacturing goals.
