Job summary

Fanatics Collectibles is seeking a quality control associate to inspect materials, in-process production, and finished goods to ensure adherence to specifications. You will perform visual, dimensional, and functional inspections, document defects, and drive corrective actions with cross-functional partners on the production floor.

The role requires 2+ years of hands-on QC/QA experience, proficiency with inspection tools, and strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on quality control or quality assurance experience in manufacturing.
• Proficiency with inspection tools and measurement equipment (calipers, micrometers, color/density meters, vision systems).
• Strong analytical and root-cause problem-solving skills; structured approach to investigating issues.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to explain quality issues clearly to operators, leads, and management.
• Ability to manage multiple cross-functional projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and quality management/ERP systems.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspect raw materials, in-process production, and finished products to verify conformance to specs.
• Perform visual, functional, dimensional inspections using calibrated tools.
• Pull samples and conduct first-piece, in-process, and final inspections.
• Audit operator checks and ensure adherence to inspection plans.
• Document defects with clear descriptions and traceability (machine, shift, lot).
• Investigate root causes and drive corrective actions to closure.
• Monitor processes to ensure compliance with procedures and specs.
• Generate quality reports for leadership and engineering.
• Maintain calibration records for inspection equipment.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Engineering, and Maintenance to resolve issues.
