Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Experience in quality control or manufacturing preferred.
  • Knowledge of quality control standards (e.g., ISO 9001, GMP) is a plus.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Office, data entry systems).

Responsibilities

  • Conduct visual inspections and measurements of incoming materials, in-process items, and finished products.
  • Perform tests using standard procedures, equipment, and tools to identify deviations from specifications.
  • Document inspection results and maintain detailed records of testing, observations, and corrective actions.
  • Communicate non-conformities to appropriate departments and support root cause analysis and corrective action efforts.
  • Calibrate and maintain inspection tools and testing equipment to ensure accuracy.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures and protocols.
  • Collaborate with production teams to promote continuous quality improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Support internal and external audits as required.

Job Summary:
