Job summary

LightFire Group in Tamarac, FL is seeking a Quality Control & Shipping Associate for the 2nd shift on-site. You will inspect products, accurately pack shipments, and maintain an organized warehouse to ensure quality standards are met.

Work Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM, collaborating with teammates to meet daily shipping deadlines and uphold safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Verify orders meet company standards and customer expectations.
• Identify and report discrepancies or damaged products.
• Follow established quality control procedures and safety guidelines.
• Carefully pack products to prevent damage during transit.
• Prepare shipments and print shipping labels using warehouse computer systems.
• Organize completed orders for carrier pickup.
• Maintain accuracy while meeting daily productivity goals.
• Assist with training new team members on packing procedures and quality standards.
• Promote consistency, efficiency, and attention to detail across the team.
• Collaborate with supervisors and coworkers to meet daily shipping deadlines.
• Lift, move, and organize products weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Keep workstations clean, organized, and safe.
• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed.

In this role, you’ll ensure every order leaving our facility meets our quality standards by inspecting products, accurately packing shipments, and maintaining an organized work environment.
