Job summary

Catalent is hiring a Quality Control Associate Scientist I for our Kansas City, MO site. You will perform tests on environmental samples, maintain documentation, and execute lab work plans under supervision.

The role requires an associate degree in a related science with 1+ year of experience, strong math and analytical skills, and the ability to work independently while supporting the team. This is an onsite, 8am–4pm position in Kansas City, MO.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in life or physical science with 1+ year relevant experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a related life science preferred.
• Strong mathematical and scientific reasoning abilities.

Responsibilities

• Collect environmental samples and perform testing.
• Identify results and notify management as appropriate.
• Execute lab work plans with supervisor input.
• Maintain high-quality documentation per SOPs.
• Draft methods or certificates of analysis under guidance.
• Peer review routine lab documentation for accuracy.
