Qualifications

• Experience in quality control laboratory environment; biotech/pharma preferred.
• Preferred fields of study in chemistry/biochemistry/biology/molecular biology or related field.
• Strong knowledge of cGMP, GLP and quality management systems.
• Proficiency in analytical techniques: HPLC, ICP-MS, UV-Vis, dissolution testing.
• Experience with microbiological testing methods and aseptic techniques.
• Follow SOPs and maintain detailed GDP-compliant documentation.
• Strong computer skills: LIMS, Microsoft Office, analytical software.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills; strong analytical/problem-solving.
• Ability to work independently and in a team; clear written/verbal communication.
• Laboratory equipment maintenance and calibration knowledge.
• Knowledge of pharmacopeia standards and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities; flexible scheduling may be required.
• Physical ability to perform lab work and PPE usage.
