Yearout Mechanical is seeking an experienced Quality Control Representative to ensure HVAC, piping, and plumbing systems meet contract documents and codes on construction projects in Texas and the Southwest. The role serves as the primary quality resource, coordinating testing, commissioning, and documentation with project teams and owners.
Responsibilities include developing QC plans, reviewing shop drawings and submittals, conducting on-site inspections, and addressing deficiencies.

HVAC Ductwork, HVAC Piping & Plumbing Quality Control Representative
Position Overview
Yearout Mechanical is seeking an experienced HVAC Ductwork, HVAC Piping & Plumbing Quality Control Representative to support mechanical construction projects. This role is responsible for ensuring HVAC, piping, plumbing, and related mechanical systems are installed in accordance with contract documents, project specifications, applicable codes, manufacturer requirements, and company quality standards.
The Quality Control Representative serves as the primary quality resource for assigned projects, performing inspections, coordinating testing and commissioning activities, reviewing technical documentation, and proactively identifying and resolving quality issues. This position works closely with project management, field personnel, owners, architects, engineers, inspectors, and general contractors to support successful project delivery.

This position requires frequent work on active construction sites and the ability to walk sites, climb ladders, work in varying weather conditions, and wear required PPE.
