What You Will Do

Inspection

• Use inspection and measurement tools such as micrometers, calipers, gauges, and microscopes effectively.
• Adhere to internal and customer quality requirements, SOPs, and specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints and measurement standards accurately.
• Detect small surface imperfections like scratches, burrs, nicks, and deviations, often visible only under magnification.
• Audit and ensure the accuracy and timely delivery of products on behalf of the customer.
• Conduct thorough final inspections in accordance with shipping and production schedules.
• Inspect materials, products, and equipment to identify defects and implement corrective actions.

• Assist in maintaining calibration and traceability of inspection equipment under the guidance of a Quality Engineer. Keep inventory of inspection tools.

• Lead by example in Quality Control activities and ensure their effective implementation.
• Monitor part quality to ensure operator compliance with standards.
• Keep work areas clean and organized at the end of each shift.
