A leading company in the risk management field is seeking a Quality Control (QC) Analyst to enhance data integrity and support effective practices. This remote position requires strong SQL and Python skills, focusing on data validation and quality assurance. Ideal candidates will have significant experience in finance or operational risk, providing insights and improvements to data quality processes.
This is a remote role that may be hired in several markets across the United States.
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Quality Control (QC) Analyst to join our First Line Risk Management team. This role will focus on performing quality control and validation checks on Key Indicator (KI) metrics to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency in support of effective risk management practices.
The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in SQL and Python, as well as a deep understanding of data testing methodologies. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for data quality and continuous improvement in a risk-sensitive environment.
Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience in Financial Services, First Line Risk Management, Enterprise Risk or Operational Risk
OR
High School Diploma or GED and 8 years of experience in Financial Services, First Line Risk Management, Enterprise Risk or Operational Risk
Preferred Area of Study: Finance, Risk Management, Computer Science or Data Analytics
License or Certification Type: CRCM, PMP, CERP, CAMS; ISACA CISA, ISACA CRISC - preferred

If hired in North Carolina, the base pay for this position is generally between $91,650 and $118000. Actual starting base pay will be determined based on skills, experience, location, and other non-discriminatory factors permitted by law. For some roles, total compensation may also include variable incentives, bonuses, benefits, and/or other awards as outlined in the offer of employment.
