  • Gather and report monthly reports for PPAP status.

The Job:


  • Prepare, review, and maintain all PPAP documentation, including FMEA, Control Plans, Process Flow Diagrams, Dimensional Results, Material Certifications, and Appearance Approval Reports.

The Person:


  • High school education with some technical training in quality disciplines.

  • 3+ years of experience within Automotive Quality Systems and manufacturing, with direct PPAP and APQP involvement in the following areas:

  • PPAP experience is required.

  • Knowledge of basic Quality Assurance Standards (IATF 16949, APQP, PPAP, Core Tools).

  • Strong computer skills (Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite).

  • Must be able to read blueprints and understand technical customer specifications.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Must be detail oriented and able to fill out appropriate paperwork to zero errors.

  • Ability to interact effectively within team members, management, coworkers, suppliers and customers.

The Salary range for this position is $45,700.00 - $73,600.00
