Alcon in Fort Worth, TX is seeking an Associate I, Quality Control Lab – Microbiology. This full-time role performs environmental monitoring, microbiological testing (bioburden, sterility, endotoxin), and aseptic technique to support validation and compliance.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, fluent English, and GMP/GxP experience. You will document SOPs and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure product quality.

Qualifications

• Experience in microbiology, aseptic techniques, and environmental monitoring.
• Ability to read and interpret SOPs and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Conduct microbiological testing (bioburden, sterility, endotoxin) per SOPs.
• Perform microbial identification using Gram stain methodology and interpret results.
• Handle complex tasks and contribute to advanced projects in Quality Control Lab – Microbiology.
• Conduct environmental monitoring and testing while maintaining aseptic controls.
• Support product validation, release, and compliance with regulatory standards.
