About the Role

Siemens Industry is seeking a Quality Control Manager for our Wendell, NC factory. This position involves leading quality assurance activities, ensuring product and supplier quality, maintaining ISO compliance, and fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement. The role reports directly to the Plant Manager and supports the overall manufacturing and quality objectives.

Responsibilities include:

• Leading quality teams of technicians and inspectors
• Overseeing incoming and outgoing inspection processes
• Ensuring product quality meets design and customer expectations
• Maintaining ISO Quality Management System compliance
• Managing nonconformance issues and supplier quality audits
• Calibrating measurement instruments and supporting continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering
• 5+ years in quality engineering/management
• Knowledge of mechanical and electrical principles, drawings, and measurement tools
• Familiarity with ISO9001 standards

Preferred:

• ASQ certification
• Experience in metalworking manufacturing
• Knowledge of SAP and Salesforce
