Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in construction site management or quality control.
• Experience working on federal construction projects on military bases.
• USACE CQM certification required.
• Completion of a 30-hour OSHA class is necessary.
• Flexibility and willingness to travel as needed.
• 7+ years of experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee others' work to ensure quality standards and client expectations.
• Lead team meetings, assign tasks, and prepare look-aheads.
• Create schedules and coordinate with subcontractors and crew members.
• Address safety issues and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Handle additional responsibilities to meet timelines.
