Job summary

V-Line Services LLC in TX seeks a Quality Control Manager (QCM) to lead QC on USACE projects and work with the onsite Superintendent and SSHO to ensure safe, compliant execution.

The QCM will develop and implement the project QC plan, perform daily inspections, and maintain QC records and reports to meet federal standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a QCM on Federal / Government / USACE Construction projects.
• Current OSHA 30 and CQMC Certifications (obtained or recertified within the last 5 years).
• Experience implementing a three-phase Quality Control (QC) plan on USACE projects.
• Proficient with USACE RMS and other similar reporting software.
• Possess strong organizational skills, time management, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the V-Line onsite Construction Quality Control (CQC) point person.
• Conduct daily inspections and coordinate quality inspections.
• Create daily and weekly QC reports, test reports, and maintain quality control records.
• Create, review, and/or manage submittals, RFIs, and quality documentation.
