Job summary

Curtiss-Wright Surface Technologies in Peachtree City, GA, is seeking a Quality Control Manager to oversee all quality and EHS-related functions and supervise staff in a NADCAP QMS environment. The role focuses on audits, process control, and regulatory compliance.

You will develop and approve inspection plans, host customer and regulatory audits, and drive continuous improvement with a small team. Requires AS9100/NADCAP experience and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• AS9100, NADCAP experience required (audits).
• Ability to manage and develop the QMS system.
• Experience with Nadcap accreditation process and auditing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all quality and EHS related functions and supervise staff.
• Complete monthly internal audits.
• Develop/Approve Process and Inspection plans compliant with requirements.
• Host customer and regulatory audits and maintain AS9100/NADCAP certification.
• Perform root cause analysis and corrective action for discrepancies.
